Safe Driving Tips for Winter Weather

1. Keep your car in a good shape. Make sure your vehicle is prepared for winter conditions, with a good battery, tires with good treads that are properly inflated, working windshield wipers and plenty of no-freeze window washer fluid.

2. Practice cold weather driving when you get the chance. Rehearse maneuvers on ice or snow in an empty parking lot and test your brakes, so you will know exactly what your brakes will do.

3. Always clear snow and ice from all windows and lights before driving. And don’t forget about the roof.
